John BELTRAN - Amemos (Let's Love)
Label : MotorCity Wine Detroit
Format: 7"- 45rpm BLK
Genre: Minimal Techno
MotorCity Wine welcomes back Motor City talent John Beltran who has done it all in his long career, from soundtracks to ambient to hi-tek Detroit soul. Here he is in blissed-out mode with two Balearic heat-infusing fresh cuts. The first is 'Amemo' with its downbeat chords and cold 808 cowbells coalescing around a shuffling groove. 'Vieques' is pure Detroit house with marimbas flickering up top, hi-hats glistening and deeper-than-deep drums all providing comfort and groove for days.
