All orders can be refunded if the product is unsuitable or damaged when received. Products will not be refunded if a buyer simply changes their mind or no longer wants the purchased item for some reason. Where applicable the the buyer agrees to ship back the product and once a product is fully physically returned to Dr Diggns will the funds be refunded. This time may vary and can take up to 4 weeks. 

All orders can be refunded. If the product/s is unsuitable or damaged when received. The buyer has up to 30 days or within reasonable time of receiving your order to request a refund. Refunds will incur a fee of up to .80 cents per record if paid via paypal or credit card. Roughly 1% of the order total.

If you wish we can credit your order rather than refunding to avoid fees.

By purchasing the buyer agrees cover any return postage to ship back the product/s and once the product/s are fully physically returned and checked by Dr Diggns will the funds be refunded. This time may vary and can take up to 4 weeks.

Products will not be refunded if a buyer simply has a change of mind. If you have a pre order item on order and decide you want to buy it else where while waiting. This falls under "change of mind" and unfair for Dr Diggns. Please consider this prior to making your order. (As per Australian consumer laws) 

Delays can occur yet all records are posted as soon as possible from suppliers. 

A delays are often communicated via social media or email if they become longer than a week or two from the original ETA listed on all product.

### European Union (EU) Right of Withdrawal & Returns

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2023/2673.

#### 1. Return Shipping Costs
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that **the customer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs** associated with exercising their right of withdrawal. Dr Diggns Vinyl Records & Accessories does not provide free return shipping labels for standard buyer-remorse or withdrawal returns. 

#### 2. Sealed and NEW MINT Records Exemption
Please note that under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal **does not apply** to audio recordings (including vinyl records, CDs, and box sets) that have been **unsealed or played after delivery*. To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal, vinyl records must remain in their original, unopened shrink-wrap or sealed packaging and be unplayed. Note If a customer pays for return and record is damaged on inspection you will not be refunded. 

#### 3. Inspection and Refund Processing
Refunds will not be issued upfront. Once your return is delivered back to our facility, it must undergo a mandatory inspection process. **A refund will only be issued after the returned items have been physically received and successfully inspected as still NEW and MINT** to confirm they are in their original, sealed, and undamaged condition. 

Upon approval, we will refund the original purchase price plus the cost of our standard delivery option. Please note that premium or express shipping upgrades chosen at checkout are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment within 14 days of our receipt of the goods.
