Our shipping rates are designed with collectors in mind.
For all destinations (excluding Japan):
- Up to 3 × 7-inch records fit within the first shipping rate.
- Up to 8 × 7-inch records fit within the second shipping rate.
- Shipping costs the same whether you order 4 or 8 records, so it's worth filling your parcel to maximise value.
The more records you combine into a shipment,
the lower the shipping cost per record.
Delays can occur yet all records are posted as soon as possible from suppliers. Any delays are often communicated via social media or email if they become longer two weeks from the original ETA listed on all product. We do our best to update products and get updates from suppliers but can only work with info provided.

You have a right to be informed of Personal Data processed by James Grantham - Dr Diggns Vinyl records and accessories, a right to rectification/correction, erasure and restriction of processing. You also have the right to receive a structured, common and machine-readable format of Personal Data you provided to us. We can only identify you via your email address and we can only adhere to your request and provide information if we have Personal Data about you through you having made contact with us directly and/or you using our site and/or service. We cannot provide, rectify or delete any data that we store on behalf of our users or customers.

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out prior to withdrawing it. Whenever you withdraw consent, you acknowledge and accept that this may have a negative influence on the quality of the site and/or services. You further agree that Dr Diggns shall not be held liable with respect to any loss and/or damage to your Personal Data if you choose to withdraw consent. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
REFUND POLICY :
All orders can be refunded. If the product/s is unsuitable or damaged when received. The buyer has up to 30 days or within reasonable time of receiving your order to request a refund. Refunds will incur a fee of up to .80 cents per record if paid via paypal or credit card. Roughly 1% of the order total.
If you wish we can credit your order rather than refunding to avoid fees.
Where applicable the buyer agrees to ship back the product and once the product/s are fully physically returned and checked by Dr Diggns will the funds be refunded. This time may vary and can take up to 4 weeks.
Products will not be refunded if a buyer simply has a change of mind. If you have a pre order item on order and decide you want to buy it else where while waiting. This falls under "change of mind" and unfair for Dr Diggns. Please consider this prior to making your order. (As per Australian consumer laws)
